Return/Exchange Policy

The most important point - Opening video is mandatory
You can raise a request for returns & exchange with in 2 days from the date of delivery . In case of any genuine reason (opening video compulsory) , we will accept it . After accept it , we will pickup the product from your address and will give refund you , when we recieve the parcel and check the returned product , this process will take approx 10-12 days from the return request date  
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
If we sended a correct product and size but you have any issue in size or anything , you can raise a exchange request , but in this case you have to pay the shipping charges (charges will be according to product dimension) . in case of return , you have to pay 100₹ minimum till 500gm parcel , charges will be vary according to dimension or weight of the parcel
Return and exchange is not allowed in some mention collection - laddu gopal furniture , jewellery section ,and the products which are non returnable in description and items which have price below (100₹) (note - opening video compulsory in case of defect)
Kindly allow 10-12  days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

Shipping Charges  are Non-Refundable

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
